·         "UFC Rules and Regulations, Mixed Martial Arts Information, UFC Betting." UFC Betting, UFC Match Ups, Free UFC Picks, MMA Sports Betting. Web. 04 Oct. 2010. <http://www.fighting-mma.com/ufc-rules-and-regulations.php>.
- This website contains the codes of conduct that are to be followed within a duel between both competitors. The site elaborates on 31 essential rules, I also checked a couple of other websites to verify the content was true.

·         "About." Ultimate Fighting Championship. Web. 04 Oct. 2010. <http://www.ufc.com/about>.
- This website will help me outline the background of the organization itself. Although it is somewhat basic it is still critical so i can introduce the topic.

·         "YouTube - UFC's Channel." YouTube - Broadcast Yourself. Web. 04 Oct. 2010. <http://www.youtube.com/user/UFC#g/c/C421BEF43F263384>.
- This is Dana White's video blog, I am sure that I am bound to find something worthy within his videos, to help me prove my thesis. In these video's not only does he talk about the fights itself but also his thoughts.

·         Plotz, By David. "Fight Clubbed - By David Plotz." Slate Magazine. Web. 04 Oct. 2010. <http://www.slate.com/id/46344/>.
- The article I chose will help fuel my rebuttals towards why UFC should be legalize. Although this individual does offer some issues where i must take into consideration.. I still think I am right haha. But i believe he somewhat sugar coats it with his descriptive details.

·         "John McCain - Enter The Opportunist & Mixed Martial Arts Biggest Enemy." Free Articles | Submit Articles | Article Directory - ArticleClick.com. Web. 04 Oct. 2010. <http://www.articleclick.com/Article/John-McCain-Enter-The-Opportunist-Mixed-Martial-Arts-Biggest-Enemy/967025>.
- I love this article, although I looked over the first paragraph it portrays how John McCain is a hypocrite. He is one of the UFC's biggest enemies, calling the sport "human cock fighting". This article will assist me on my thesis.

·         Willis, By George. "UFC in New York State of Mind - NYPOST.com." New York News | Gossip | Sports | Entertainment | Photos - New York Post. Web. 04 Oct. 2010. <http://www.nypost.com/p/sports/more_sports/ufc_in_new_york_state_of_mind_p6mypM53F8vlk9jkvaQV1L>.
- The article emphasizes on the upbringing of the sport to New York. They also inform the reader of how NY is eying the organization, in the sense of the business that will result from it.

·         Lovett, By Kenneth. "UFC Back in New York? Gov. Paterson Wants to Legalize Ultimate Fighting - to Resolve Budget Crisis." New York News, Traffic, Sports, Weather, Photos, Entertainment, and Gossip - NY Daily News. Web. 04 Oct. 2010. <http://www.nydailynews.com/news/2010/01/11/2010-01-11_gov_wants_deficit_to_go_pow_bam_crunch.html>.
- Sweeeeet, who said politicians won't side with the UFC? The article shows how the city is willing to except the sport for the economic situation that is occurring. However, this shows there claim was not something they fully believed in. Stating that it was “violent" or "human cock fighting" shows also the priorities of the government as well.

·         Snowden, Jonathan. Total MMA: inside Ultimate Fighting. Toronto: ECW, 2008. Print.
- This one my option for reading and getting insight to the sport. It may give me some thought of life inside the organization.

·         I could not cite this one specifically however; I am trying to find someone in which I could interview. Hopefully, a fighter or someone within the organization. I heard that “Matt Serra” has a training camp in Staten Island and if that’s true maybe he is one of my options. For those who don’t know Matt Serra is a UFC competitor who has competed over 4 years or so.

  1. So far i have used one of my resources from my list, it actually helped me write the introduction. But, I'm satisfied with my list. However, i know i will need more sources. Seeing that while writing my introduction I had to reach outside my list.

As far as the interview goes im stilling trying to go for it, Matt Serra, is being a pain ,to find contact info. BUT i'll find it lol

Also I'm looking for more books to read about the UFC, does anyone have suggestions?
